Hobbiton Movie Set - Lord of the Rings Small Group Tour
Overview
On this 5 hour tour you will explore the amazing film set of Hobbiton where the Lord of the Rings was filmed. See well known locations such as Bag End, Frodo’s House and the Green Dragon Inn to enjoy a complimentary pint of Ale. Lunch is at the Shire’s Rest Café (own cost).
This small group tour is limited to 11 people and imcludes a guide who will provide a commentary in an air conditioned vehicle.
Itinerary
Your guide will be there with you as you explore the area and will be able to answer any questions you may have. They are experts on Lord of the Rings history and love talking to guests about it.
Finish off the tour of Hobbiton back at the Green Dragon for a well-deserved beer.
On the way back to your cruise ship stop off at Mclarens Falls Park to visit the waterfall and a short bush walk. It takes about 20 minutes and there is no entrance fee.
